Eurosport announced today that they will be broadcasting the rest of the years WSBK races in HD,  and with speed we are lucky to even see both races on the same fucking day, let alone the Supersport race.  Why can a channel broadcast thousands of hours worth of RERUN NASCRAP shit and talkshows.. Why could they not seal a deal to do HD as well as Eurosport is not allowed to broadcast here in the states SPEED could easily seal a deal to rebroadcast their feed, but that might take money away from their 4.5 hour pre-race nascar show that they can't actually show the race of...

because American TV is all and nothing but Reruns, not even live shows are live they are on delays (just in case some chick shows her titties again!!!!)
all f'n channels are reruns look at discovery or history channel for example 1000000x dirty jobs and shit and it's getting old.

As long as there are people in the southern states, there's going to be NASCAR. People need commemorative plates & stuff. I agreee there should be something motorcycle related other than SuperBikes and what used to be the Michelle Show. I'm not gonna bitch because if too many people complain it's gonna be a 100%redneck channel that I won't get to watch.

I'm with Mike. I say fuck SpeedTV too. Pinks becomes monotonous, wrecked sucks, I don't like stock cars, only thing I'm seeing nowdays that I can even begin to like is Monster Jam. And on the odd sunday watching the bike races.

Near as I can tell from many searches, Speed HAS the exclusive Eurosport rights in the US, and picks and chooses what parts to/not to show.  You can even watch Eurosport online anywhere in the world, except here, as it's somehow blocked in the US.  Fags.

Fucking SpeedTV has DRM turned on again, so I can't record today's race.  If anyone manages, I'd like a copy, if possible!  Guess I'm going to have to hook a computer up to the TV.

Digital Rights Management.  My recorder said it couldn't record the program.  I suspect it might be ATT's doing, but the last time I bitched they said they didn't do that and that it must be SpeedTV.    In any case, I couldn't tape today's races.

Yes, Speed sucks quite severely.  Because it is about the only channel that i watch that is not true HD, it has a lower channel number, thus falls at the very top of my personal watch list.  So the first thing I see when I want to select something from my favorite channels is Pinks, Pinks, Pinks, NASCAR Report, Pinks, Pinks, Pinks, Wrecked, Pinks....   If it's raining on a sunday morning and I can't go out for a ride, there is actually a few things I can watch, Two Guys, Classic Cars, etc.

I watched the Laguna Seca Moto GP, horrible commentary, commercial breaks in the middle of the action. missed two crashed and an important pass because of them.
 I'm subscribing to motogp.com next year.

 I like Speed but they did screw the pooch on this thing. They went to commercial with 10 laps to go and came back with 5 and Rossi in third. That was not possible if live. There was some delay on the airing of this thing today. These race take an hour and they spent some time on pre-race which makes me suspect the delay. They also fucked up and did not  show Rossi after the race and only commented on hoe he obviously looked in pain. Would have been nice to see that shot.  I am hoping they pull their shit together because there is not a good option. I am from the South so I can say this....they have to get rid of Scott Russell. What a fucking hick! Grammar from deliverance! I cannot stand listening to that stupid asshole. I am wondering if the second airing is the same. Last week they had a crash and red flag which delayed the live race and when they aired the second time they cut the delay and cleaned it up. It is not as good when you know who won but it is never going to get the attention nascar does as it will never get nascar ratings. It will always get shit time slots and attention. The ratings drive all of this. Indy racing is on Versus network for the same reason.

Well guys over here in the UK we get live Motogp on the BBC, only problem is that the commertary sucks, Steve Parish (not to bad) Charlie Cox (what an arsehole) if you wait an hour or so after the race Eurosport broadcast it with a great team, Toby Mody, Julian Ryder and Randy in the pits, awesome.
It seems that alot of channels employ dick heads..
