Well it was justified. It was the last AMA race for the Ducati Factory team in 2006, and the Suzuki team wanted to boycot the race. I was hanging out in the pits with the team and Bryan. So Beth and I wanted to start some shit with the Suzuki riders . Better judgement prevaled and we had a race!

Was thinking the same thing on both counts, Scout. I am a VR fanboy to the core but one race don't mean the boss is back. And Dovi and Cal brawling would be AWESOME!

i guess we will have to start wishing for rain on race days. She sure looks good in the rain ( Rossi did too ). Hopefully this is beginning of a good relationship.

With Bryan Simms moving out of state to pursue his career we made a few changes.
 Bryan stepped down from Vice President and Kevin Wooding will be filling his shoes as VP.
Oni Leone has been promoted to officer status and Drew Alvarado is our new webmaster/officer.
 I discussed with the staff and we want to offer an officer position to Travis Davis in Lafayette. Travis?..

Again good luck to Bryan in Charlotte NC. Bryan remains active in the club as a co- founder and webmaster along with a couple of other duties as his schedule and logistics allows it.

That sounds great!  Sounds like we all need to have a conversation over a beer, you know just to make things formal.   I guess the next question is when do I get my demo bike?

 Thanks for the post Mario. I think it is fair to say that we have our work cut out for us over the next few years to achieve more member involvement in club events. I look forward to serve the club in this capacity and want to express my gratitude for this opportunity.

You mean to tell me there are NO demo bikes...   I was joking about the bikes but not about the beer!  The demo bike idea would be a great marketing tool for a dealer nearby though.

I brought the demo down to Charlotte but you all are welcome to come ride it.  The season is longer and the roads better anyway
