New place & all types of staff needed

Some of you may already know but we have recently moved to a new 10,000+ sq ft building just north of CR 4 in Elkhart. I think I am going to try to make a large push for the local market which I have not done in the past. We already carry about 1500 tires in stock, over 200 boots right now, blah blah blah and can fit almost everyone from head to toe immediately for a off-road session or a track day. We have so much more in stock than any other dealer in this area except for maybe Riders Discount in K-zoo but we have never had the room to have it on display for customers. Heck, we never even had price tags or bothered to run specials. I want that to change and with this new building, we can do exactly that. We will have a large showroom and I am really considering getting into the used bike market as well. Not to mention we dont even have a functioning website right now. So without going into great detail on a forum, I also need the right staff. Bottom line is that I want riders and I want knowledgeable staff that love the sport. I want to build not only a team but a family of sorts. If that means 3 full time or 8 part time employees I am ok with that as long as we can figure out how to make that work. I am looking at many different paths including sales (parts/motorcycles online as well as store now), techs/service, website/ebay, forums, special events including track days and open houses etc, and a few other. So bottom line is I am looking to hire all sorts including full and part time over the next few months and that may even mean someone who may only be available one or two Saturdays a month etc. But I need to start planning accordingly and have people on call when it becomes time to start pulling the trigger. And of course you get mad discounts on gear and parts  ...lol

Well gee!  Here I am sitting here looking at job ads and you posted this.  After 42 years and no laughing, I'm ready to move on and try something new.  Been looking in the jobs to see I can find something that I love and is a hobby.  Darn though thats long drive, I'm sure my wife wouldn't mind me moving up there out of her hair.  Figures the jobs that sounds like fun never works out.  Good Luck!
