Well it was justified. It was the last AMA race for the Ducati Factory team in 2006, and the Suzuki team wanted to boycot the race. I was hanging out in the pits with the team and Bryan. So Beth and I wanted to start some shit with the Suzuki riders . Better judgement prevaled and we had a race!

Was thinking the same thing on both counts, Scout. I am a VR fanboy to the core but one race don't mean the boss is back. And Dovi and Cal brawling would be AWESOME!

i guess we will have to start wishing for rain on race days. She sure looks good in the rain ( Rossi did too ). Hopefully this is beginning of a good relationship.

Oni I'm Italian living and settled in Sullivan IN
seems like every one here is far north or far east
I'm at IL/IN border 

as far the bike goes i should own one not to long from now 
i have only seen 2 ducs drive past town in my 7years here
hope to bring one here soon so ppl can ask what is that?
anytime i talk to someone about it they have no clue about Ducati all they know are HD or riceburner (no offense to who own one)
DUCATI is not a Bike, its a LIFESTYLE

I love those things. I looked at one before deciding to stay with Ductati.

Little bit to dedicated of a sport bike for my needs. As a second bike (if I ever have one) I would love it. Of course a 1098 wouldn't be bad either.

I can't believe I never posted my intro -

I am a 31 year old college student and proud owner of a daily ridden 2004 Monster 1000S in the fastest, most desirable color (red) .  I am from Valparaiso, Indiana, which is about 50 miles from the Illinois border and 10 miles from Lake Michigan.

I am one of the founding hooligans; it was Grifo and I that first dreamed of this club over a beer and a burger.  I am webmaster, vice president, and presently treasurer of the club.
