INDYBUCKS
We are implementing a new program to reward customers for purchasing parts, apparel, and accessories. All purchases made at regular price will earn 5% of the pretax total as Indybucks which can be used as credit towards future purchases. Customers can accumulate Indybucks and apply them toward future purchases of any non-sale or non-reduced price item as well as service parts and track days. Indybucks will not have expiration dates and we will also announce double Indybucks at certain times such as open houses, special events, and on certain products such as select in stock accessories. It is the customer’s responsibility to save their receipt with the Indybucks stamp.

Dainese
We are now the exclusive Dainese dealer in Indiana and are stocking the amazing new D-dry riding gear as well as summer vented jackets and riding boots. If we don’t have the Dainese gear in stock we can order it for you. Dainese offers great quality and flexibility in riding gear. Kriega
We now carry the full line of Kriega motorcycle commuter back packs, tank bags, and tail bags. The 10 and 20 liter packs are waterproof and extremely flexible for all types of motorcycling activities. The back packs are aerodynamic and have excellent weight distribution for riding. Bell Helmets
The new Bell Helmets are in. Bell has some really great new helmets including the apex at $199, and the star at $549 to $599 for the Gobert replica. The star comes with a padded and lined helmet bag. The helmet has a super lightweight Kevlar/carbon fiber/fiberglass composite shell. It also has a 3mode shield and a quick release to make face shield swaps a breeze. The helmet has an advanced aerodynamic design to make it stable at high track speeds and its inner design and contour cut cheek pads add to the comfortable fit. The apex also has a Kevlar composite shell and flow through ventilation system. Both helmets come with a five year warranty.
 
  
Chatterbox
Chatterbox products are now available to fit any helmet audio need including i-pod, Bluetooth, and inter/intra bike communications. Headsets start at $129.99. They offer volume controls that actually work while riding.
 
  
Easton Bars and Clamps
We are now a dealer for Easton and can offer the Easton EXP bars and clamps to fit the Multistrada and Hypermotard. The EXP bars are unique in that they are significantly larger in the middle and come with clamps to fit the larger center section. They also come in different bar bends to meet rider preferences. The colors are cool too in black with red, white, and silver trim.

Track day rider requirements include a full leather or textile suit with armor and full zipper (if two piece), helmet, gloves, and over the ankle boots. Prices are $165 for the 2 day or more rate for May, June or September dates. $175 for a single day. $195 day of the event.

PHOTOSHOOT WITH NICKY HAYDEN
Ducati Indianapolis provided a 2009 Ducati 848 at Nicky's house for a Photo Shoot on April 15th.

The Indiana Criminal Justice Institute along with ABATE filmed a commercial that will broadcast on TV and radio this May promoting rider awareness and safety.

A big thank you to Nicky and all of his crew, as well as Tyler Dollard with Ducati North America for making this happen.

This was a top notch video shoot from start to finish, thanks to Steve and all the folks at Oglesby Digital Post.

Also, a huge thank you goes out to Ryan Klitzsch and DJ Jeffries with ICJI as well as Jay Jackson with ABATE for giving us this exclusive opportunity to promote the brand and rider safety.

Ducati Announces New Financing Program
Ducati has announced that 2.99% financing for the Tier 1 credit will be available until March 31, 2010 for the: 2009 and 2010 Monster 696, Monster 1100, Monster 1100S, Streetfighter and Streetfighter S. Ducati Indianapolis also has additional incentives on the '09 models. We have only one' 09 M1100S and two M696's left. We do have all colors and models of Streetfighters available. We also have one 2010 Monster 1100S and one 2010 696 in stock. We will be receiving the 2010 Monsters with ABS sometime in February. Come in soon for the best selection of our current stock. If we do not have your model or color in stock we will find it for you quickly.

Other new 2010 models we have received include the new 1198s and the Hypermotard EVO.

2010 Mulitstrada 1200 Event ******
On Wednesday, February 10th, we will be Unveiling the new Multistrada at our store from 5-6 P.M. We were lucky enough to borrow it from Ducati North America between the Minneapolis and Chicago IMS Shows. Come out and see the new Multistrada up close and personal without fighting the crowds.

Celebration at the Brockway Pub
Following the Unveiling of the Multistrada, we will be celebrating Ducati Indianapolis's second full calendar year at the Brockway Pub from 7-10 P.M. on February 10. Join us for some Irish/Italian libation and appetizers.

Chicago IMS Show
Ducati Indianapolis staff will be working at the Ducati exhibit at the IMS show in Rosemont Illinois on February 19, 20, and 21. Come up to Chi town and see the big show.

Our service department is very busy with a full schedule. However we are still encouraging customers to schedule service as soon as possible during the cold months so that when the good riding times return your motorcycle will be ready to go and you won't have to wait in line when others are riding
Matt just returned from Ohlins training in North Carolina and is really up to date with all the new suspension developments and ready to fine tune or replace your suspension for street or track performance. Don't forget to ask our service department about routine suspension maintenance on your Motorcycle. A properly set up and maintained suspension can make all the difference in how your motorcycle performs.

Effective February 1, 2010 the service rate for installation of parts not purchased at Ducati Indianapolis will be $105/hr. When our staff recommends purchasing from other sources the standard rate of $90/hr will apply.

Ducati Indianapolis prepared 749R wins ASRA Thunderbike at Daytona
Joe Spalding rode a 749R race prepared by Matt and Travis to victory in the February 28th Thunderbike race at Daytona International Speedway.

Demo Day

Monster Art Program ( Second skin )
The Ducati monster art program for the Monster 1100 and 1100s was launched on April 16, 2010. This program applies to any monster purchased from April 16 to June 30, 2010. Customers will receive one additional new monster art bodywork kit of their choice from a selection of 10 new graphic designs. This new program supports the fact that the monster is the most easily customized bike within the brand. You have the option of changing the look of your monster in less than 20 minutes of time. This is an added value of up to $850. The new designs will be viewable on the Ducati USA and Indyducati web sites. The new bodywork can also be purchased separately for adding to any Monster 696 or 1100 ( See monster.ducatiusa.com for additional details and pictures) .

Monster 796
Ducati has announced the newest member of the Monster family designed for those who would like the user friendly aspect of the 696, but would like a little more power and the look of the 1100. Look for them in our showroom in late April.

We have a demo bike in every bike category for you to ride and test the Ducati of your choice. Come in any day when the weather is permitting. New Multistrada 1200
We are expecting our demo Mulitstrada 1200 in April. We will post on our web-site when it is in the store and ready to ride. We know that many of you are anxious to see it and ride it before you make a decision. We already have five confirmed orders and the competition will be fierce across the country for the first wave being shipped to North America. It is advisable to get in an order as soon as possible to avoid a long wait for the bike. Superbike Fast Track Program

We have received our summer shipment of Dainese summer gear. We can also order from the catalog if don't have the item in stock. If the item is in the US warehouse we can usually receive it within a week.

Our award winning service department has been very busy this spring. We appreciate your business and your patience. We are approximately two weeks out with scheduled service. This is also the high season for bike sales and that also takes service hours out of the schedule for bike set up. If you need service please call to make an appointment. You can then drop the bike off the day of the appointment or the day before and we will make every attempt to complete your service as quickly as possible and get you back on the road.

Multistrada premiere and demo day
Friday May 14th - Multistrada 1200 premier - We will be unveiling our first new Multistrada the evening of May 14th from 6:00 Pm to 8:00 PM. at the Ducati Indianapolis store. Come out to see the new Multi in person. We will have music and refreshment. A ride report will be available of Bill's ride through Texas hill country.

Saturday May 15th we will be giving demo rides all day from 10:00 AM to 4:00PM on the new Multistrada along with some other surprizes. Come out and experience the bike that has been heralded in every article and ride report.

All of our demo fleet will also be available for demo rides.

New Monster 796
This new bike will be available in our showroom sometime in June. Positioned between the Monster 696 and the 1100, the 796 will have the ease of a wet clutch, a single sided swing arm and a $9,995 price point. It will come in red, white, and black with a red frame.

Track Days
The most fun you can have on two wheels. You can learn more about your bikes performance in one day than you can in a whole year on the highway. It is a safe learning environment, and any type of bike works on the track.
May 30th - We are filling slots for our first track day on May 30th. Call soon to reserve a place. The cost is $175 as it has been for the last two years.
May 22-23 - We will be traveling to the Beaver run Track near Pittsburg, PA. We welcome any customers who would like to accompany us. The cost is $195/day and you can do one or both days.Call our store for details.
Aug 8th - 30th - These dates are also scheduled for Putnam.and reservations can be made now.
Dainese Summer riding wear
Come in to see our line of summer wear. Be ready for those really hot days that are coming.
Tires
Summer is hard on tires. Make sure yours are in good shape. We sell tires at 10% over cost.
Dyno tuning
Our service staff will dyno tune all metric makes. Call to order your power commander and schedule a full dyno progamming. We do it right.
Suspension set ups
A correctly set up suspension makes all the difference in the performance of your motorcycle whether you ride on the track or the street. Call for an appointment.

Carrmoto Ducati Indianapolis Riders win nine podium spots at Road America on July 3rd & 4th
Carrmoto riders competing at the CCS/ASRA races last week-end at Road America captured several podium positions.

Joel Spalding from Huntly, IL, currently leading the series by over 40 points, captured 2nd spot in the ASRA Thunderbike race on a Ducati Indianapolis 749 back up bike. Joel, who was leading most of the race was, nipped at the finish line by .002 of a second.

Tom Davis of Indianapolis on a 1098S finished on the podium in all four of his races including a 1st and 2nd place in Amature Supertwins and a 2nd and 3rd place finishes in Amature heavyweight superbike. 

George Linhart of Elmhurst, Il on a Supersport 1000 DS, also captured four podiums including two 3rd places in Expert Thunderbike, a 2nd and 3rd place in Expert Lightweight Superbike.

Matt and Will attended the event to provide technical support for the racers.

Next up is the Daytona Supersport race at Mid-Ohio on July 17 & 18 where Carrmoto will be supporting Stymie on his GSXR 600.
RS Taichi night at Ducati Indianapolis July 22nd
Come on over to Ducati for dinner on July 22nd from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. We'll be serving up homemade Italian Roast Beef, courtesy of Audrey from RS Taichi. In addition to socializing & good food you'll have an opportunity to check out some of the finest gear on the market. The rolling showcase of RS Taichi gear (jackets, gloves, suits and accessories) will be there for the evening. We will be using your input to improve our inventory of RS Taichi products. Cannon Ball Baker Ride
A ride to commemorate the 1909 Cannon Ball Baker ride is being planned for the week preceeding the Red Bull Indianapolis MotoGP from Cleveland, OH to the Motor Speedway. Look for more details to come as they develop. We will be looking for Indy riders to lead the way.

Joel Spalding Leads ASRA Thunderbike Michelin Pro Series With Two Races Remaining.
Joel Spalding is currently leading the Thunderbike series with 146 points and is 46 points ahead of second place. He has been riding a Ducati Indianapolis standard 749 for the last two races while we have been rebuilding his 749R ( It's hard to find parts for the 749R these days ) . We are planning to have him back on the 749R for the last two races to help assure him a series win. The last two races are VIR September 25th & 26th and Homestead October 15th &16th. 

Ducati Indianapolis CarrMoto Supports Matt Spannan ( Stymie ) At Mid-Ohio.
Stymie placed 22nd and 24th in the Daytona Sportbike races at Mid-Ohio July 17 & 18. This was his first try for racing at this level and only the second time on the Mid-Ohio track for Stymie who was also new on the spec Dunlops required for the event. Matt was there for tech support with additional support from Kevin Lauer from the Ohio Desmo Ducati owners group.

Despite a spectacular crash in the keyhole during qualification CarrMoto was able the get the bike working again for qualifying and the races. We will be working with Stymie to get the bike ready for the round at AMA Barber in September. Ducati Indianapolis CarrMoto is ramping up for the 2011 racing season with full sponsorship and a full AMA schedule. Stay tuned for more details as they emerge.

Ducati announces sales incentives for Fall
The sales program with the option of 3.99 % financing or up to $1500 in store credit has been extended to the end of November for 2009 & 2010 Monster 696s ,1100s and Superbikes while supplies last.
