Well it was justified. It was the last AMA race for the Ducati Factory team in 2006, and the Suzuki team wanted to boycot the race. I was hanging out in the pits with the team and Bryan. So Beth and I wanted to start some shit with the Suzuki riders . Better judgement prevaled and we had a race!

Was thinking the same thing on both counts, Scout. I am a VR fanboy to the core but one race don't mean the boss is back. And Dovi and Cal brawling would be AWESOME!

I need 2 things:

1). My bike needs a name.
   I kind if like "violator" cause it's all black & that's what it did to my checkbook.

2). I intend to get some new ink and I'm running out of ideas. These are the ideas I have since I've taken on this projece and have decided not to shave or get my haircut until it's complete. I'd like it to be in italian given the relation to the subject.

Any ideas ? you guys run with it...

I don't know the history of your bike nor why the rebuild, so I won't comment as of yet to what ink to get. I'll do a search. Will this just be script or will there be some symbols involved?

Having a monster in my opinion is a freedom of expression. My idea of owning a monster is to make it yours. Not a cookie cutter bike like just about any other japanese machine I've ever seen aside from the few customs that have caught my eye. I've always thought the gold color of the frame and the silver of the wheels is absolutely hideous. Bottom line, I got really bored with it and tired of the color. So I took it apart and put my twist on things. Now it's "my monster".

Don't know about symbols yet. I really dig the desmo valvetrain like Nick has but I don'y want to copy it. I considered a corse badge with something in it and a dynamic d inside it.

I haven't decided yet, hence this thread. Good ideas so far gentlemen, keep them coming.

Don't think I haven't already thought of that. I'd put one right where the punisher sticker is. One about 8 or 9 inches around but that would be a real bitch to paint and a sticker wouldn't work so good being round like it is with the contour of the tank.
