Dear Presidents,
Thanks for your vote on the survey regarding the choice of the new DOC logo. Here attached you can find the demo version of the winning logo in a PDF file for your information. Please DO NOT USE  it yet until we send you the vectorial file and the instructions which will be attached to the regulation document.
As we told at the World Presidents Meeting in Valencia we are arranging all the papers for the 2009 DOC program subscription, papers that will be send to you first half of January.
 
You will find the renewal form to join  the 2009 DOC program in the new President reserved area starting from Jenuary.
The subscription will be possible from Monday January 19 to Friday February 20. We can only accept registrations signed by the club President.
From Monday February 23 all your members can join the DOC program in the public area of www.ducaticlubs.com to receive the DOC welcome kits.

Vi ringraziamo per aver partecipato al sondaggio sulla scelta del nuovo logo DOC. In allegato alla presente troverete il file PDF della soluzione che è stata scelta grazie ai vostri voti. Vi preghiamo di NON USARE il presente file per produzione di materiale finché non vi forniremo il formato vettoriale e le regole d’uso.
Come già preannunciato al WPM a Valencia stiamo preparando tutta la documentazione per le iscrizioni del vostro club al programma DOC 2009.
Il tempo occorso è stato più del preventivato pertanto saremo in grado di inviarvi il regolamento e le modalità di rinnovo entro i primi giorni di Gennaio 2009.
 
 
Il rinnovo dell’iscrizione del club si  effettuerà attraverso la nuova area riservata dei presidenti mediante un form. Oltre alla compilazione del form on-line sarà necessario inviare il regolamento firmato per accettazione. Sarà possibile procedere al rinnovo dell’iscrizione al DOC a partire da Lunedì 19 Gennaio 2009 a Venerdi 20 Febbraio.
Lunedi 23 Febbraio, poi, si apriranno le iscrizioni dei Vostri soci che, comunicandoci i loro dati personali (sia on line attraverso un form dedicato che off line attraverso i moduli che potrete scaricare) avranno diritto oltre ai vantaggi descritti nel regolamento anche al kit socio DOC analogo agli scorsi anni.

I got my letter from Ducati, Italy. It had a website listed and a "owner" number.  I filled out the survey for both bikes and picked Hoosier Hooligans  as my Home Club. So mark Jeanne and I off the list. Done!   Here is the website  http://owners.ducati.com
