Well it was justified. It was the last AMA race for the Ducati Factory team in 2006, and the Suzuki team wanted to boycot the race. I was hanging out in the pits with the team and Bryan. So Beth and I wanted to start some shit with the Suzuki riders . Better judgement prevaled and we had a race!

Was thinking the same thing on both counts, Scout. I am a VR fanboy to the core but one race don't mean the boss is back. And Dovi and Cal brawling would be AWESOME!

I've made some changes to the way that the gallery operates in an effort to make it easier to use.  You shouldn't have to login to the gallery if you've logged into the forum - logging you into the forum also logs you into the gallery.

You should still have the same access and ability to upload.  You should have about 40 megabytes of storage space, except for "probationary hooligans" which only have 1 megabyte of space.  If you don't like being a "probationary hooligan" then make a few posts - that status changes to "hooligan" when you reach 6 posts.


I've tested everything out in the forum and it appears to be working fine for me.  I won't be surprised if there are some minor problems with people not being able to access things or losing features.  Please post up and let me know if you aren't seeing what you're used to seeing.




** Since all of our registered members will be able to view the gallery, please be sure to be mindful of this when you upload pictures.  We have had some full nudity uploaded in the past and when the average user couldn't accidentally stumble across it, it was a bit more acceptable.  Now every registered user that goes there looking for pictures of bikes or rides might find a bunch of naked ladies at the bottom of the page in the randomly displayed photos section.  I've cleaned up everything for the most part.  There is a "report this file to the administrator" feature on the top right of the display when you're looking at a photo.  If you find a pic that is offensive to you please report it so I can deal with it.

Also, it is possible to restrict albums so that only certain user groups (or just the album owner) can see it, but it isn't going to be especially helpful.  Basically you could make it so only you and staff, or you and sponsors, or you and users with 500-1000 posts can see the photos.
