How-To post photos to the forum

In order to post pictures in the forum you need to have the picture you want stored on the internet and it must be no larger than 800 x 600px.

One way to store a picture on the internet is by uploading them to our gallery, though you could store pictures in other locations, such as photobucket or imageshack. 

Once you have the picture stored somewhere you need to get the direct path to that file.  I generally do this by right clicking on the file, selecting properties, and copy the path.

You will be placing this direct path to the image file into your post.  You will enclose that path in "img" tags and can either type it out manually or use the "insert image" button above the smileys in the post authoring section.  The post will look something like this:

you can now also attach pictures directly to a post by clicking the "additional options" area in the bottom of the post composition page, and using the "attach" field.  Photos are limited to 512kb each and 4 pics per post.  They must be gif, jpg, png photo file types
