Black monster, leather jacket, and full face helmet... I could see how it would be mistakable. Now if I was mistaken for him walking down the road then there would be fighting words! haha

Good ride today, good to meet Dan from Valpo, but here is the lessons we learned today by attending the Valpo Bike show.
1. It is a Harley "lovefest" and "chrome orgy"
2. There are no parts or vendors there that carry anything that will make a bike faster or safer
3. Handle bar tassels and Bandannas must match
4. Dr. Wooding is a "closet" Harley Guy
5. They at least let chicks on their own bikes in for free (Lucky Jeanne)
6. If you own a Harley or sim, you must weigh way too much and wear way too little
7. Not sure who was going to be in the "bikini contest" but we were not going to stick around to find out
8. Way too many dudes on crutches and "bike lawyers" present
9. And lastly.....If Daren says "hey I heard they have this really cool bike show I just heard about" someone punch me in the face.
Lots of nice "racks" at the tilted kilt (not too many bikes tho)

Anyone interested in spending a couple hours out south of Indy (maybe Monrovia area, maybe around Bloomington & Brown County) this Sunday 8/22 early AM, then stopping by a hot rod / bike show in Avon around lunchtime? The organizer has hinted at the presence of a top-quality Matchless in addition to the usual muscle cars and classics...

The ride was awesome today!! 11 bikes (a token Victory and Kawa
). The Victory was my guest and was not prepared for our " Slow Sunday Ride" but hung in there. Lunch was great and the company was superior!! Another Culver run for the books (minus one squirrel)
aka Squirrel 250

Great ride Sunday. Starting out at Moser's stopping at Earl's for a bike swap (thanks Earl for the ST2) and on to Culver. Hey Earl You may want to check the belly pan on the ST2 for Squirrel fur.

We rode to Culver for some grub yesterday. We ended up having to take shelter at the fire station due to a bad storm.
A desmodromic homage.
