Well it was justified. It was the last AMA race for the Ducati Factory team in 2006, and the Suzuki team wanted to boycot the race. I was hanging out in the pits with the team and Bryan. So Beth and I wanted to start some shit with the Suzuki riders . Better judgement prevaled and we had a race!

I would throw down with a Boz Bros. at my back..  I mean if it was justified!

Did I ever tell you guys when Ben Bostrom and I almost started a fist fight with the Suzuki riders @ MidOhio..

Was thinking the same thing on both counts, Scout. I am a VR fanboy to the core but one race don't mean the boss is back. And Dovi and Cal brawling would be AWESOME!

I bet sometime this year Dovi and Crutchlow get into a fight!  I love watching those two race.

Before everyone goes out and buys VR46 everything, just remember last year at Le Mans.......

i guess we will have to start wishing for rain on race days. She sure looks good in the rain ( Rossi did too ). Hopefully this is beginning of a good relationship.

Then onto Centerville where Michigan has the longest Covered bridge.  Crosses the St. Joe River.  The road was under construction.  Dan said he never rode through a covered bridge so being the new Hooligan he was he drove right in.

We rode around the river back  roads through Centerville and onto Three Rivers then North to the Zoo.  We then went North of there and started heading towards the lake.

Then rode past Gingerman and onto South Haven.  Saw this pirate ship heading out.

We then filled up with gas and came up with a game plan for the way home.  Left South Haven and went south on 140 where Dan got on 94 to wards Chicago.  We continued on until we came to the split.  STD's went to Dowagiac we went to wards Niles and onto home.  For Us 183.3 miles total.  I'm sure Troy and Dan much more.  We had fun and would like to go back when the bridge is open.  We also were told of a cemetery that made Ripley's Believe it or not where a bunch of roads go through it to the east.  Sounds like another adventure.

You're welcome to come down and ride the area east of Louisville with us on Sunday, but we meet pretty early (8:30 or so).  If you want to ride down Saturday and be sent to bed after the bourbon, we can accomodate that plan as well.  Good group of riders...pace is usually spirited, but can have a splinter cell of tourist.

Thanks for the invite. It's not for lack of will - but I have a million other things I need to get done during the weekend and my private time window is very narrow. I am planning on riding over the Ohio at some point...

Sorry Prem next time I have a weekend for myself I will definitely make it to KY.
