Well it was justified. It was the last AMA race for the Ducati Factory team in 2006, and the Suzuki team wanted to boycot the race. I was hanging out in the pits with the team and Bryan. So Beth and I wanted to start some shit with the Suzuki riders . Better judgement prevaled and we had a race!

Was thinking the same thing on both counts, Scout. I am a VR fanboy to the core but one race don't mean the boss is back. And Dovi and Cal brawling would be AWESOME!

This was the article on the IndyStar after Dale and I were interviewed.
I would like to meet the editor.... No club names mentioned and I guess Dale and I gave almost the same answers.  He was interviewed before me. They also told me that they were coming to the IMS or Indy Ducati to take some group photos and never did.
 I spoke with Francesca a couple of days ago, she said that next year she will come in person to cover the story.   
At least Bob and Kurt made the paper in incognito...
