Well it was justified. It was the last AMA race for the Ducati Factory team in 2006, and the Suzuki team wanted to boycot the race. I was hanging out in the pits with the team and Bryan. So Beth and I wanted to start some shit with the Suzuki riders . Better judgement prevaled and we had a race!

Was thinking the same thing on both counts, Scout. I am a VR fanboy to the core but one race don't mean the boss is back. And Dovi and Cal brawling would be AWESOME!

 We need more volunteers to be on Team Ducatisti this year - I have space.
 Here’s the details: Compensation - two shifts on 2 different days qualifies for (1) 3 day general admission pass and Ducati grandstand seat, a special Ducati Team Ducatisti staff shirt (1 per shift) and 1 Ducati Island parking pass.
 If you prefer to work only 1 shift you will receive a t shirt and parking (if you indicate you need it). If you would like to work additional shifts for extra t-shirts or parking passes that's no problem.
 I really appreciate everyone's help, in many cases, year after year. Ducati Island's magic each day starts and ends with the friendly faces of the Team Ducatisti volunteers who have so much passion for our brand.

Mario, sending an email to Vicki now...I won't be in until late on Friday night but will work Saturday and Sunday...just need to make sure it is OK for me to have a friend's son hanging out with me or not...
