Puma Ducati gear, grand opening event 8/30/08

I am the owner of a new store at the Simon mall Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville, IN.  We are the only retailer of the Puma Ferrari and Ducati team wear.  I am trying to coordinate a grand opening event at the mall on August 30th.  I have contacted the Ferrari Owners Club of Indiana and they are on board and said that I should try to contact someone from the Ducati Club.  We are going to plan a special brunch with the local restaurants at the mall for all Ducati and Ferrari Club members.  I would also like to extend special discounts on the Puma Ducati gear.  It should be a very fun day, assuming it doesnt rain.  If someone could please give me a call and see if there is a way to make it worth your while to come to this event.  Thank you...

Let's get a feeler on who's interested. We can kill two birds with one stone, do the opening for the Puma store and then hit Noblesville square for the Saturday bike night.
 OK time will be 12 noon to 5 PM the event will be advertised in the local papers, and possibly Indy Ducati will be on board as well.
Josh is extending a 25% off any Puma gear you like for the hooligans attending.

"I spoke with Bill from Ducati Indianapolis and he was very helpful.  He said that he would talk to some people from the Speedway track and have a Moto GP team come to the event as well as put some bikes in the store (great suggestion by you).  The event is looking like it will be a great day.  Thanks for your help and let me know if there is anything else that could add to the days events and the best way to promote the event to your guys."

"Everything is a go.  I just confirmed with Simon and they will try to have news crews and TV  people out here as well.  We have Hoolihans, Moe's Irish Pub and Stone Creek Dining Company on board to offer some sort of discounted meal, free beer or free deserts.  All I need for you is to try to get an approximate number of people who might want to come.  I will check out the message boards and see what interest we can draw up.  It is two weeks from tomorrow.  I will try to get a hold of you on monday.  Attached is pictures of some of our gear. Ferrari Owners Club of Indiana will get anywhere from 15-35 of their guys to come.  I also have 36 free Red Robin lunch/dinner vouchers.  I must RSVP to the restaurant by Monday, August 25th.  The times are anywhere from 12-3 and 4-7 pm (must be done in groups of 4 guests).  Simon Mall guys said if we can generate enough interest that they will bring news and television crews.  Five Guys Burgers and Fries is going to do something as well, I will speak with them tomorrow.  Let me know if there is anything else I can do to make it worth your while to come.  Thanks...
