Folks, we are asking for volunteers to man the Hooligan Sales Tent on DOC Row at this years MotoGP. We got by last year mostly because it was a dry place when the hurricane blew through. We'd like to have some organization and pre-planning to have this go smoothly and also spread the times out so that every can enjoy the event without being nailed down.

There are some new rules put out by the event that we need to abide by:

•The amount of space assigned a club must be honored.
•Motorcycles incorporated into the display must be Ducati models only and approved in advance.
•No drugs or alcoholic beverages can be consumed by Club Members manning the display or working within the Ducati area
•Club members should be clearly identifiable and at all times maintain themselves in a manner befitting the Ducati image
•Club members should represent their club and Ducati with courtesy and respect to all members of other DOC, DNA staff and patrons of the event
•Space is organized and allocated at the discretion of Ducati North America
•Shared tent space can be staffed by multiple clubs as a static display but still must be clearly branded and staffed at all times

To address the "clearly identifiable" requirement, all workers must wear an Official Hoosier Hooligan Club Shirt while working the booth.

Anyone interested in contributing their time to help their club at our biggest event, please provide your name, cell number and dates/times that you will be willing to volunteer. We will do our best accommodate the requests.

Thanks in advance.

FYI - most of the Ducati tent areas are not staffed during the race itself on Sunday so don't be concerned about getting stuck in the tent during the main event....

I'm planning on working about 2 hours Friday, 2 hours Saturday, and 2 hours Sunday in addition to the 3 hours I'm working in the parking are on Friday and the 3 hours I'm working at the hospitality tent on Sunday.

Thanks to all that have volunteered their time.

I'm assembling a schedule and will have Bryan and Mario take a look before we communicate the assigned times.

We'd still like to have more if possible - would be nice to have two in the booth at a time (one to watch the merchandise/money, the other to work sales), and trust me here - it is fun to work the booth. You meet and talk to other Ducati owners and fans from literally around the world. Where else can you do that?

Thanks to everyone.

Thanks for organizing all that Kev.  It was much better than the first year with the roster and volunteers.  It came out great this year!
