Areas available for staffing are gear check, hospitality,
parking and Superbike Concorso.  Shifts vary but are roughly 3.5
hours. Volunteers are assigned based on past experience and space
available. Prior volunteers and DOC members are given preference in
order of spots available. Contact me directly at Veloce916@aol.com to
volunteer; these spots are being filled this week.
Please have your members who are interested in volunteering provide
this information:

Do they have tickets already?
What days will they be there and available to help out?
What size t-shirts do they wear?
Are they riding a Ducati to the racetrack?
How many shifts are you available for (a shift is roughly 3.5 hours,
two shifts are required for a general admission/Project Mugello
Grandstand seat)
Have they volunteered before (I’ll probably know this already but
include it anyway)
Are they a member of an owners club and if so which one.

So far from our gorup I have signed up along with Rick (exmayor) and his son Ian. They got a shift together at the gear check station.
The shifts are 3.5 hours
No one will be working during the race, so don't be afraid to volunteer thinking you are going to miss the race.
Also our own very hooligan booth needs to be staffed by at least one member at all times except during the race.
This is our own turf lets not let the other DOCs make us look bad I would like at least 20 volunteers

How many shifts do you guys usually take? I'll help out as much as possible (I'll be there all three days) but I don't know what to say for "shifts available."
