Based on how many people we get to volunteer shift can be as short as a 1 hour. Otherwise I was thinking 2 hours shift per person.
Hours of operation are 0800 hrs to 1800 hrs. (Fri-Sat-Sun) The booth will be closed and unmanned during the Moto GP main event.

you might want to change your list format to a time shedule where ppl can fill in the time they like to man the stand on a cpiy and paste basis

I agree with Oni that it might be helpful to have some time/day slots but I don't know if we've got enough info to plan with that much detail now.  I know I've got to work the hospitality tent for a shift on Sunday and might have some VP responsibilities so I, like some of the other members, might have limited availability

Once we get enough people committed I'll work a honor system schedule. You pick a time for each of the 3 days, and promise to be there. If we get enough people involved it will only be one hour at day.
