Hi Mario.
I am a production manager for the International Motorcycle Shows and I am working with Motorcyclist magazine to create a display celebrating their 100th year anniversary. We are looking for particular bikes from the past 100 years.  For the bike to represent the 1990’s, we’d like to use a 916 (or 996/998), as that has become such an iconic bike. If there is anyone in your DOC chapter who has a 916 and would like to bring it to the Chicago show February 10-12, please have them contact me at this email or at the phone number listed below.  Bringing the bike for the display will grant them free access to the show all weekend, plus a pair of extra 1-day tickets to use with a spouse and/or friend. I don't think they want mine... but it does have the advantage of fitting in several small boxes, some assembly required 

I'll call the guy who bought my 916SP to see if he's up for it tho....

Was a bike found? Ive got a 996 (Look at the post show your DUC off for pic's) the only thing is mine is an 01' Also im hoping to have a trailer by then so I could get it up there.  And yes mine has a HoHo sticker on it. lol
