If anybody does you have to do hwy 119 just north of Petoski, road is called Tunnel of Trees and it is about 50 miles of curves, twists and switch backs all along the lake, way cool.

Don't forget the upcoming ride, peeps...

Got my hands on a super-detailed map of central Indiana yesterday.  I think I'll make up the course map like an enduro roll chart, since we'll be doing a lot of backroad exploring.  With both my daughter's graduation/open house and my cousin's wedding the weekend before, I won't have time to pre-run like I wanted to, but that just means it'll be an adventure Grin Grin Grin  So suck it up and ride.

I'm trying to keep the route sort of in the middle part of the state, south of Indy.  The Bloomington/Hoosier National Forest area seems to have a bunch of tasty roads to roost.  Hopefully, this suits Jason, Rob, and Oni, because y'all are gonna be there... no excuses. Cry

Mother, swap with one of your homies already, or do I need to get Toaster to do it for you?

My ideas for awards are:
- Biggest Whiner (so many choices....)
- Best Off-road Excursion (not in a good way)
- Pansy (most hungover)

I'm sure I'll come up with some more, and I reserve the right to add/delete them as I see fit... it's my party, b*tches.

Yeah, it would be great if we could get some meeting/round-up spots for us that have other (...read domestic) commitments and would like to join.

Count me in if I can get the days off from Carrmoto.  I'll either have a Multi, Hyper, Streetfighter............and the list goes on   Could always plate one of the KTMs and set it up with supermoto wheels and all

Whadda you mean by backroad exploring?  I may bow out of the backroads, if your talking dirt road adventures   Undecided. 1098 doesnt like "dirty" roads.  Sad

Due to excessive whining, the camping idea has been shelved... All of y'all need to get some real bikes that can carry more than a toothbrush

Since the plan is to meet at Indy Ducati Friday nite, we might as well crash at a nearby hotel on Michigan avenue.  I'll find out which one is the cheapest.

Saturday nite, we'll be at the Upland Brewery, so I'll source a hotel hopefully within stagger/crawl distance.  Should be relatively cheap during summer break..................

I guess it would be sort of silly to get drunk and get pissed off and go to your tent and slam the flap.

I liked the Drury Inn near Indy Ducati

Matt Sargent is in the Bloomington area if you need any advice or a walk-by on a hotel in that area

Yeah, just let me know either way.  I'm out this weekend (funeral and motorcycle trip...independent events).  Shoot me a PM if you need any help!
