It's going to be a little to cold for me to ride that far on Saturday!  As some of you are already thinking I am wearing a skirt as I am typing this.  I will be out all day tomorrow, send me a line if anyone wants to meet up near Lafayette.

If you stop by the shop on your way I would be happy to provide expresso and donuts. Let me know.
Also watch the county mounties and state troopers if you are on 37. They got us last sunday in Martinsville.
wish I could go with, but we have to keep the shop open. Remember there is no such thing as bad weather'
only bad gear. Call Travis to order heated gear. you can ride in comfort.

After seeing all of the goodies you have posted a trip to Indy sounds good!  I will need some coffee if the weather report holds true!

Based on Bill's comment it might be that you just need some heated gear

Ok about riding tomorrow!  Coming into work this morning at 5:30am and 34 deg out, a guy on his BMW riding to work.  See him EVERYDAY no matter what the weather is like.  Makes me feel like a pussy, but then again I don't have the time to clean the bike everynight is my excuse.

What is this "clean the bike" thing you speak of. Doesn't the rain do this for you. Wink. Besides what does a clean bike have to do with riding. Maybe you should have the guys at Indy Ducati look at it, might have a problem. My bike works dirty or clean, but i prefer dirty.

I just figured a dirty mind on a clean bike was sort of pretentious... so my bike is, well, disgusting

F1indy I feel ya...  I also am a clean bike guy.  Bought a cover last year to keep her covered up at work and that helps out alot.  The ride to and from is another story if it is under 32 she stays in the garage.

Well see there are few people that feel the way I do.  From my first bike in 1964 to today, as soon as I get home from riding I wipe it down.  I don't care how long I have rode, I'm not going to bed till the wheels are clean and anything else I can get into on it.  I guess it's the love affair for the bike, I don't know but I keep my bikes spottless.  As far as the ride to Brown County last weekend goes.  If its going to be cold and rainy I just can't get into riding like that.  Besides Notre Dame was playing!
