Ok here are our responsabilities so far:
 
Photo stand being built by Al.
 
Recruiting umbrella girls.

Running the sound off contest, and come up with the awards for it.
best 4v, best 2v  they could be printed certificates with the club logos or if we can swing it have actual plaques made.

If you need more motivation, here are our umbrella girls for the event.  The other clubs are bring girls as well. 









They will be part of the the Umbrella Girl Experience and you can get professional photo's taken with them.
